For depots, campuses, hotels and lease operations

More charging capacity.
Same grid connection.

For organisations charging on their own site — depot, campus, hotel, lease fleet. Smart charging within your grid limits, per-cost-centre billing, and data your auditor will sign off.

(01) The problem

Sound familiar?

01

The grid operator says no — or yes, in 18 months. Your fleet is growing now. Without smart charging there's no expansion; €100k–€1M of grid reinforcement is a capex question.

02

Finance asks for per-driver cost allocation. You say "give me a week of Excel." At 300 EVs that's no longer Excel work — it's a full-time job.

03

CSRD requires audit-grade emissions data by end-2026. Your current tool can't export a CSV your accountant accepts. Greenwashing risk lands at board level.

(02) What ihomer does for you

Charging isn't a business model — it's an OPEX driver with a grid limit.

ihomer gives you a platform built from that starting point. Smart charging that listens to EPEX, OpenADR signals and your own priority rules. Cost allocation per cost centre flowing straight into SAP, Exact or Microsoft Dynamics. Audit-grade reporting your accountant signs off. And you pick how it runs: cloud-managed or on-prem — relevant for housing associations, municipalities and defence-adjacent operators.

Cloud · On-prem
hosting choice you won't find elsewhere

For housing associations and municipalities on-prem is a hard requirement. We're the only NL CPMS that genuinely delivers it.

Tech lead, ihomer
  • Existing customers in logistics and hospitality via Evinity (NRG JV)
  • Grid context through the NRG relationship — Liander, Stedin, Enexis experience
  • OpenADR + EPEX in production
  • Hosting choice: Docker self-hosted or fully managed
(05) Honest objection

We're considering Maxem because they have native EMS. What's your counter?

Honest answer: we don't have native EMS (yet). For a single depot where EMS is a hard requirement, Maxem is the better fit. Pick ihomer if you want to stay modular — keep your own energy supplier, keep your own ERP integration — and if hosting choice matters. Slim Laden covers EPEX and OpenADR; for deeper EMS we partner.

HonestlyNot the cheapest, not the biggest, not the most international. The deepest in standards, the most modular, and — if it matters — the only NL CPMS that truly runs on-prem.
