We run your charging infrastructure. You deliver the product to your customers.

(01) The problem

Recognise this?

01

You want to deliver a charging proposition to your customers — but not stand up an IT organisation to operate a CPMS.

02

You don't need hosting or vendor freedom. You want one partner with one SLA and one invoice.

03

Energy expertise is missing internally — DSO relations, EPEX trading, white-label tariffs. You can't deliver a mature charging product without it.

(02) What it does

Concretely, in four points

01

Fully managed platform: hosting, monitoring, updates, support, SLA — all included, no separate SKUs.

02

Bundle of Charge Management, Smart Charging and Roaming under one contract and one invoice.

03

Energy layer on top of the platform — via the joint venture with NRG, with direct access to DSO relations and EPEX expertise.

04

White-label options for partners delivering the charging product under their own brand — own visual identity, own mobile app, own customer comms.

(03) For whom

Managed Service fits energy companies and utilities, fleet operators not building their own IT, and hospitality groups offering charging as a by-product of their core activity.

(04) Proof

Managed Service is a joint venture with NRG — a Dutch energy company with DSO relations and EPEX expertise. Live at multiple customers in logistics and hospitality.

(05) FAQ

The question we hear every week

What's the difference with just buying Charge Management + Smart Charging + Roaming separately?

Buying separately means you run the infrastructure yourself, or host it with your own cloud partner. With Managed Service we take that over, including the energy layer and SLA. It's a choice between "I want control" (separate products) and "I want full operation" (Managed Service). Not a technical difference, an operational one.
